About the service

NeedBid helps buyers and sellers find each other and discuss offers. Participants enter into purchase or service agreements with each other. NeedBid does not collect payment for their transactions or sell their goods. Posting a request or offer does not guarantee a transaction.

Account and information

Use the service if you can legally enter the relevant transactions or have the necessary permission. Provide accurate information, protect your account and do not impersonate others. Only authorised people may act for a business. Report suspicious access to us.

Content and communication

Share lawful content you have the right to use. Fraud, spam, threats, harassment, illegal goods, harmful files, copyright infringement and sharing others’ personal data without a lawful basis are prohibited. Do not use contacts for unsolicited mailings. You retain rights to your content and allow NeedBid to store and display it to operate the service.

Purchases and agreements

Before a transaction, confirm the seller’s identity and status, description, full price, payment, delivery, returns and warranty. Sellers are responsible for accurate offers and their obligations. Consumer rights apply when buying from a trader; protection may differ with a private seller. These terms do not limit mandatory legal rights.

Intellectual property

Rights to NeedBid’s original text, design, logo and software code belong to NeedBid SIA or are used with the rights holders’ permission. Publication on the site does not transfer these rights.

To reuse our materials, obtain permission by emailing info@needbid.com, unless the law or the stated licence provides otherwise. When using materials with our permission, you must credit NeedBid and include an active link to the original page or, if unavailable, to needbid.com .

Rights to requests, photos and other materials from users and third parties remain with their rights holders. Follow their permissions and licences; a link to NeedBid does not replace the rights holder’s consent. Report infringements to support with a link to the material and details of your rights.

Violations and complaints

We may hide content or restrict access for violations of law or these terms, fraud or security threats, considering their nature and recurrence. To report illegal content or request a review of a decision, send a link and explanation to support or the email below. We will review it. For transaction issues, first contact the other participant.

Availability and changes

The site may experience interruptions. We remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We will announce material changes in advance on the site or through an available contact. They do not change participants’ existing transactions. Latvian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
